The workflow
The system consolidates guest messages, categorizes recurring issues, and turns them into bilingual summaries for the local operator. Location views help build a mental model of the property portfolio, while reusable message templates reduce inconsistency in check-in and support communication.
Privacy by design
The original source includes a detailed internal property map. In this public portfolio build, that operational page is deliberately excluded from search indexing and is not linked from the public project directory. The public case study describes the workflow without exposing property addresses.
